When you join the letters, we collect your email address and (optionally) your first name. Nothing else.

How we use it

We use your email to send you the free guide and the rare letters you opted into. We do not sell your information.

Service providers we share with

• ConvertKit — email list and letter delivery
• Cloudflare — site hosting and DNS

Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policy, and we share only your email address and (optional) first name with ConvertKit.

Cookies

This site uses minimal first-party cookies for basic site functionality. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

Adult readers only

The First Moon is intended for adult readers (18+) — parents and other caregivers of pre-tween and tween daughters. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, in compliance with COPPA.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any letter. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing hello@firstmoonletter.com. If you're in the EU/UK or California, you have additional rights under GDPR/CCPA, which we honor.
